 5:00 p.m.| Vigil and Silent March 

March route begins and ends at Plymouth Congregational
Church, looping through Loring Park.

 6:00 p.m. |  Service of Remembrance.

Service will also be livestreamed on facebook.com/simpsonhousing.  Join us after the service for coffee, hot cocoa, and cookies.

  •  First Look Luncheon: Friday, May 13 | 11:30 am – 1:30 pm* 
  •  Free Benefit Art Sale: Friday, May 13 | 6 pm – 9 pm 
  •  Online Auction: Friday, May 13 | 11:30 am – 9 pm 
  •  Family Day: Saturday, May 14 | 10 am – 1 pm 
  • Virtual Art Sale: June 1 at 6 pm – June 5 at noon 

*Ticketed event; all other events are free and open to the public!

Art 4 Shelter Featured Artist: Crystal Sokuu

My name is Crystal Sokuu. I am a self-taught visual artist and paint instructor residing in Minneapolis, MN.

I began branding myself in the art industry by selling my artwork, hosting a “one of a kind” exhibition, and instructing several heART therapy classes. I’ve always been a creative at heart.

Meet Pete: Simpson Participant and Art 4 Shelter Artist

Pete is an accomplished, self-taught artist. He paints stunning landscapes with colorful sunsets, birch trees, and serene blue waters. Watercolor is his favorite medium. His paintings adorn the lobby, community room, and hallways of his apartment building, providing warmth, color, and glimpses of natural beauty to these shared spaces.
