Simpson Housing Services is so pleased to partner with Black Sheep Pizza throughout the month of May!

All month, Black Sheep Coal Fired Pizza will be donating 20 percent of its profits to Simpson Housing Services’ shelter and housing programs. That means giving back to your community can be as easy as pie. (Pizza pie, that is!)

Please consider picking up a pie from one of their locations:

  • North Loop: 600 Washington Ave. N., Minneapolis
  • Eat Street: 2550 Nicollet Ave S., Minneapolis

You can make this fundraising opportunity even more impactful by making a direct donation to Simpson Housing Services. Every gift, big or small, supports our mission to house, support, and advocate for those experiencing homelessness. Thank you so much for your support.

About Simpson Housing Services

Simpson Housing Services’ mission is to house, support, and advocate for people experiencing homelessness. Since our beginnings in 1982 in the basement of Simpson United Methodist Church, we’ve become a leading nonprofit providing assistance to people experiencing homelessness.

In response to unmet community needs, our services have grown to include five key programs: emergency shelter, and supportive housing programs for youth, single adults, and families – along with developmental and educational services for children of families in our Family and Youth Programs. We partner with about 2,000 people a year.

We were one of the first Minnesota organizations to use the nationally-recognized Housing First model. Individuals and families are immediately housed then supported with identified services to help address barriers. We work across the metro area partnering with landlords and developers to find sustainable housing for families and individuals. Most of the individuals and families participating in our housing programs live in scattered-site housing or individual apartments in market-rate apartment buildings, with the largest number of participants living in Hennepin County.
