Our Team

Molly Thames

Molly is a Family Housing Program Manager with Simpson Housing Services. She currently manages the Permanent Supportive Housing Families Program where she supervises and supports six family advocates working at housing sites across the Twin Cities. She lived in Colorado where she managed a homeless shelter for families and was interested in working for SHS as a way to continue to work with families but support them in their next steps toward stability.

Molly has her Bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies and Sociology and a Non-Profit Leadership Certificate from Minnesota State University, Mankato. She loves the outdoors, camping, hiking, fishing, kayaking, and spending time at her cabin on the Northshore.

Molly has been with SHS since 2012.
