Jessica Lamb

Jessica is Simpson’s first Equity Manager. During her undergraduate work at the University of Minnesota, her studies in psychology and social justice led her to the Twin Cities nonprofit sector and cultivated her heart for serving the community. Throughout her extensive nonprofit experience— taking on roles ranging from direct service, to advocacy, to administration – she has striven to find her place within the sector. Jessica believes she has found it with Simpson; the blend of donor and volunteer engagement along with data-driven capacity building and reporting is a perfect fit! 

Jessica was born and raised in South Minneapolis, where she still resides with her husband, DeVon. She has a lot of love for the city that raised her and does not plan on leaving any time soon. 

When she is not working you can probably find Jessica somewhere in the city engaging in one of her favorite pastimes: dancing or snoozing. 

Jessica joined the Simpson team in 2016.
