“Love of science and clean design form the foundation for my work. For over 20 years I have explored the relationship of simple fundamentals in shape, movement and asymmetry. Through practice and manipulation I try to communicate what I love about these elements through metalwork. Influences of both architecture and biology surface in the pieces I create using traditional silversmithing techniques including forging, casting and various fabrication methods. I work predominantly in sterling silver, pearls and gemstones.”
