Mirja is Principal and CEO of M.P. Hanson Associates, Inc., affiliate of Millennia Consulting LLC in Chicago, IL and has served as a facilitator and management consultant for 40 years. Mirja is an author, adjunct professor at the University of Saint Thomas, and Founding Member/Past Chair of the International Association of Facilitators, Emeritus Honorary Consul General for Japan at Minneapolis. She became connected to SHS as a strategic planning consultant in 1999, joined the Board of Directors in 2002, served as Chair from 2004-2006, and continues support of SHS since becoming Emeritus Board Member in 2010.
