Dan Griep

UBS Financial Services Inc.

Dan has been working in the financial services industry for over 25 years.  He delivers comprehensive wealth management by assisting clients with financial and income planning, estate planning, charitable giving, legacy planning, debt management, and insurance. 

Dan began his career as a financial advisor with Piper Jaffray in June of 1993 and continued to work with the firm through UBS’s acquisition of Piper Jaffray’s Private Client Services business in 2006. 

Dan grew up on a farm in Glencoe, Minnesota, fifty miles west of Minneapolis.  He received his Bachelor of Science degree from Minnesota State University, Mankato with an emphasis on finance and economics.  

Dan’s community service and volunteerism includes membership on the board of trustees and finance committee for Simpson Housing Services, more than ten years of service on the investment committee at DeLaSalle High School where he manages their endowment fund, and active involvement with his church, St. Thomas the Apostle.  

Dan and his wife Denise reside in Minneapolis and have three grown children Ellison, Jack and Mary.
